Corporate Policies
The Mediterranean and Caspian Corporation (MC GROUP) places a very high premium on Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) considerations in all its activities. Although many Clients have their own safety tenets and standards with which we are obliged to comply during our operations. Regardless, it has always been our policy to strive towards the improvement of safe and healthy working practices and conditions.

Quality Management Policy
The management of The Mediterranean and Caspian Corporation (MC GROUP) is committed to work in compliance with the applicable statutory requirements as to deliver high standard quality products and services that meets with our client’s requirements. To achieve this goal, the company has developed a Quality Management System which has defined the Company’s Quality Policy. This is applicable to all Staff, Subcontractors and the work. The Quality System from where this Policy is drawn describes the management and control systems required to execute the project and these will be in conformity with the requirements of the relevant safety codes. 

Once a quality management plan has been drawn and developed for project by the Project Manager and accepted by the Client; it becomes mandatory that the project team adheres to the standard procedures and instructions stated in the quality assurance documentation. This Policy has outlined and define10 key points which are printed in hand bills and distributed to every staff and subcontractors. They should be read, understood, assimilated and applied by every staff and subcontractor to our work.

Corporate Safety Policy
It is the policy of The Mediterranean and Caspian Corporation (MC GROUP) to assure that Health, Safety, Environment and Security of its employees and all persons likely to be affected by its operations, including, subcontractors, clients and the general public are safe- guarded and guided. The same dedication will be shown to her operations and likewise; the conservation of the environment. 

This policy is the direct responsibility of the Company’s Managing Director who is responsible for the overall implementation of the policy within The Mediterranean and Caspian Corporation's environment and safety. Security is a line management responsibility for which individual will be held accountable and it is recognized that implementation by Line Managers of the Policy will lead to greater efficiency and higher standards throughout all departments within the company. The duty of all employees is to reasonably care for their own Safety and that of others. 

The Mediterranean and Caspian Corporation (MC GROUP) is committed to work within the regulations and codes of practices laid down by Government Agencies, and will liaise closely with all Government Departments as well as professionals and academic bodies to ensure improvement in any relevant HSE regulation, Safety audit and Equipment inspections shall always be conducted, documented and all lapses identified shall be tackled and closed out immediately. 

Local Content and Capacity Development Policy
Our experience over the years have helped us to understand clearly the reasons for and the practical advantages of Local Content Policy and its impacts in the Shipping, Trading, Oil and Gas industry and the Local operational environment. The Mediterranean and Caspian Corporation (MC GROUP) shall aim to provide maximum opportunities for the community approved contractors in compliance with the Local Content Development Initiatives. The Mediterranean and Caspian Corporation (MC GROUP) Management team is fully committed to the development and support of competent and capable Indigenous companies.
